Terms of Use
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Plus Pay app for iPhone and Android. By signing in you agree to them.
The service
Plus Pay lets you see your MTN MoMo and Airtel Money wallets in one place, send and receive money, scan to pay, track spending and goals, and pay a child's school fees against their Plus ID. Mobile-money transactions are executed by MTN Uganda and Airtel Uganda under their own terms; Plus Pay is not a bank and does not hold your money.
Your account
Keep your device and Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Only link children whose school card you hold. Plus Pay never asks for your mobile-money PIN.
Fees and payments
Plus Pay charges no fees of its own. Provider fees and school fee amounts are shown before you confirm. A confirmed school-fee payment is a record shared with the school; disputes about a fee are settled with the school.
Acceptable use
- Use Plus Pay lawfully and only for your own money and your own children's fees.
- Do not attempt to access another person's account or interfere with the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by the laws of Uganda, Plus Pay is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above is the latest revision. Questions: hello@pluspay.sh. Governed by the laws of Uganda.
