The service

Plus Pay lets you pay a child's school fees and school bills against their Plus ID, see what you have paid and what is owed, keep receipts, and scan a Plus Pay code to pay. Payments are processed by Pesapal and executed by MTN Uganda, Airtel Uganda or your card issuer under their own terms.

Your account

Keep your phone and your Apple or Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your sign-in. Only link children you are the parent or guardian of, with your own parent code. Plus Pay never asks for your mobile-money PIN.

Fees and payments

Plus Pay charges no fees of its own. Provider fees and school fee amounts are shown before you confirm. A confirmed school-fee payment is a record shared with the school; disputes about a fee are settled with the school.

Acceptable use

• Use Plus Pay lawfully and only for your own money and your own children's fees.
• Do not attempt to access another person's account or interfere with the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by the laws of Uganda, Plus Pay is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
