Signing in
Tap Continue with Google on the welcome screen. There is no separate password to remember.
Linking a child
Home → School → Link a child. Enter the 10-digit Plus ID and the PIN from the child's school card. Lost card or PIN? Only the school office can reissue it. After five wrong PINs the Plus ID locks for 15 minutes.
Paying school fees
Open School, choose the child and the fee (sports, transport, coaching…), pick the wallet and confirm. The payment appears in Recent activity and is recorded for the school against the child's Plus ID.
Delete your account
Settings → Account → Delete account, or email us from the address you signed in with. Your account and linked children are removed within 30 days; payment records are kept as required by law.
